#13 Closing Socket error

I downloaded the pl code (1.5.12) and configured it as in
the documentation.
However I get an error....
The error was as follows: Error: problem closing socket.

Although I know that you can't sort out the problem, as
you don't know our system config, I hope that you can
point me in the reight direction in sorting it out i.e what
the message actually means !
