#1 Move users table into adressen

Hi there...

I was just a little bored and I moved the information from
the dfdeforum_users table to the adressen table.

The patch is completely untested (!) but "looks right"... ;-)

Note: I wasn't quite sure about the uid and id fields in the
adressen table, and I chose to convert uid from
dfdeforum_users to id, which was in the adressen table.

Note2: The patch is a little bit larger than necessary,
because some files had DOS line endings, and I converted
that to Unix line ends using dos2unix.
