#5 Merging data from two (or more) sources/provider

This is not possible (yet), because there are many things still to consider:

Should merging be an automatic, semi-automatic, or fully manual process? How should the software select data (to overwrite or preserve) or present data selection to the user? How can the user check what was merged - right after the process (show a protocol of the merging process) but also a week later (logging all changes to the substance data)? Should the program prevent or just warn the user from merging incompatible data? And so on.

This would be a nice feature, which was planned since very early versions of Beryllium. But up to now I did not find any suitable solution, yet: On the one side it should be a simple, convenient feature/interface. On the other hand, the user should also be able to track and control the (automatic) changes.
