Minor bug fix.

Update as soon as possible. This fixes a bug when using file transforms (such as mp4encrypt, mp4decrypt, etc...) on certain platforms.

This version improves the DCF metadata handling, and includes a DCF 2.0 and 2.1 packager (command line application and class library support)
