I would like to know if Bento4 can create MP4 fragmented files ?

ISMV and F4F Files are based on ISO 14496-12 but are not ISO MP4 File.
I know Bento4 can read moof boxes but can it create them ?

Can you confirm me that it is also not possible to extract a Fragment (a moof atom and its associated mdat) or get its byte offset ?

I think this feature will also soon be added !! Do you know when ?
