The maintainer of the FreeBSD Localization is Hye-Shik Chang <pe...@Fr...>. He likes Unicode and UTF-8 very much. For FreeBSD, it needs time to study about the both locale bn_BD and bn_IN. IMHO, I think the best way to add the bn_* locale(s) into FreeBSD is you or Ankur Team leader contact the FreeBSD maintainer directly.
