I need to transmit key presses from a Nokia 6820 phone
(Series 40) to a computer for
testing purposes. This would have to emulate a local
keyboard, so a Bluetooth HID
profile (used by Bluetooth keyboards) would be suitable.
I've already tested the setup with a Bluetooth keyboard,
works perfectly.
The thing is, the 6820 doesn't support a Bluetooth
keyboard feature or the Bluetooth
HID profile. My understanding is that this can be fixed
with software.
I'm not an experienced Java programmer, but have done
some small applications in the past. I'm thinking whether I
can pull this off myself, but if any of you are
interested in participating or actually coding a software
such as this, please let me
know!
