#31 Encoding in replies and FWD messages

Pleas, add an option to Preferences to allow using the
encoding of the message that you are forwarding or
replying to. Something like "Use message encoding for
replies" checkbox below the Encoding setting in the
Preferences window.

This would be VERY useful in a multlingual environment,
where currently one is forced to select encoding
manually when replying to or forwading messages with an
encoding other than the default.
