#25 Show time of last check

This is a small one:

It would be nice if the deskbar-replicant showed the
time of the last mail-check - best way would be a
tooltip when you hover the icon, but I don't know if
that's possible?
Alternatively, it could show up when you hover the
"Check mail"-menuitem.
