SpamFilter: Bounce mail!

Maybe this would help fight spam:
If SpamFilter encounters spam, it should be able to
simulate a bounce, thus faking an invalid/non-existant
address...
I know many spammers fake their own e-mail-address, but
they also want to find out if an address is valid - or
do they only use the "get me off the list"-trick to do
that? (so if you click the link they know the mail
reached a valid address)
Well I don't know if this idea helps but maybe it
inspires the others:)

automatically bouncing spam could create a never ending loop
very easily.
it would be much better to automate the process of looking
up the ip address from the recieved lines with whois and
forwarding a complaint to the owner. usually this owner is
an isp and they will proceed to either shut down the
spammers account or close the open relay.
while you're forwarding the spam, a copy could also be sent
to uce@ftc.gov. the us federal trade commission has
requested all spam be forwarded to this address.
