#10 Daemon window requests

1. Would like to resize the window narrower.

2. Would like a button to create a new message.

3. Would like a button to check each mail account separately,
in addition to the current button to check all.

In other words, it would useful for the daemon window to be a
small floating toolbar (configurable, of course).

Another secret mouse button (besides the middle button one) is to
shift-right-click on the deskbar mailbox. That brings up a menu
which lets you check individual accounts.
