Works, requires KWin 4.9 and up
NOTICE: there's a pending bug in KWin that will cause heap corruption when using this patch.
Do NOT use the RESIZE ANIMATION without the fixing patch to KWin!

You can try to compile and run every effect, but please don't spam me with detailed bug reports
about compilation failures or so.
Just show your interest "I'd like to use <effect> on <KDE version> but it doesn't work"
