#5 Choice boxes dimensions not right

Typically the choice boxes' width should be a little bit
bigger than the longest text in the dropdown list but in
BeKaffe the choice boxes end up being the width of the
text of the first item. When the list is long and requires
a scrollbar, the scrollbar covers the text of the list items
with longer text.
