    Hi Jason,

    Do you think it makes sense to to use System.nanoTime() instead of millisecond everytime? It may be a good idea to get a more fine grained timing.

    However if a user wants to capture time in millis he can configure that in BT properties.

    Having said that was there a reason why you are capturing time in milliseconds.

      yes, I'd like to start recording in nanoseconds (I recently migrated the performance tests over to measuring time in nanos).  if you'd like, feel free to enter an issue to that effect in the Beet-Core issue tracker.  we're only using milliseconds out of old habit.

        after some lengthy consideration, I think you're right about that.  there are a large number of test cases and documentation that will have to be updated as a result.  but given that generated data will be different, i think it's best to get this change done as soon as possible.
