   I think the move is a good one - definitely more pythonic ;-)

   Does beepy *require* twisted? If I'm writing an app and want to use
BEEPy, do I have to build my app as a twisted app? It would be nice if
I didn't have to.. I like twisted, but its not reallly called for in
many cases.
