#1 Add Applet to the Panel Window Disappears or crashes when clicked open

I like the operating system, but have a problem when i go to Add Applets to the Panel Window it opens, but when i go to push the downloads window button the window disapears or you could say that it crashes so i can't download additional applets to install on panel is there any way of fixing this crash or is it a bug that needs to be fixed please respond back to this ticket Thank You!
