[Beecrypt-devel] beecrypt on Windows

Hi,

Beecrypt indicates support for Windows platforms, but I am not sure how 
I am to build and install it.    The top-level INSTALL file contains 
instructions which work fine on my Linux system, but gives no hint that 
I could find about what to do on Windows.   Any suggestions?
