I am just setting up BeeBeep for the first time today. It looks like it will be much easier than our last solution. Is there a way to have users on a different subnet added automatically? For example I have subnet A, B, C, and D I found going into settings --> users --> Add users I can manually add them. Is there a way to auto add users from another subnet?

The best way is create a file beehosts.ini and add there all the subnets.
Place the file in every beebeep folder and the trick is done.

    See beehosts_example.ini file ...
    https://sourceforge.net/p/beebeep/code/HEAD/tree/misc/beehosts_example.ini

    For example:
Your computers are in the ip range 10.0.0.1 to 10.0.0.254 and 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.254

You have to add 2 lines in beehosts.ini
    10.0.0.255
    192.168.0.255

These lines tells to BeeBEEP where it has to broadcast messages.
BeeBEEP uses also multicast on this ip 239.255.64.75 with 36475 ports.
if your routers are properly configured to forward multicast traffic you don't need beehosts.ini file because BeeBEEP can found all the instance in your network automatically...

    That's all.

Rename the file in beehosts.ini and restart BeeBEEP.
If it does not work please read the log (see the FAQ).

This is not possible automatically. BeeBEEP does not use a server, so all the data are stored in the local pc. You have to put the data in a shared folder for all users, but it is not a simple way to do things (there are people who do it in this way to make BeeBEEP work in shared computers).

also Is there an admin mode for the program with a username and password to prevent changing any configuration or activating anything not available in the program by any people who will use it?

Yes, you have to edit the option in the beebeep.rc file. Please read the FAQ:

hello sir again first I want to thank you so much for your time and support
I need your help regarding these points please
1- how to delete the selected message from chat when I delete message sent before it delete all chat how to delete the specific message only
2- why i cant send offline screen shot it's impossible to sent it when the receiver is offline, there's any way to sending screenshots on offline
3- sometimes text offline messages sent and sometimes don't sent it pending on waiting for some minutes or what
4- all chat messages between me and the receiver have the numbers of line limitations and can't send to him a gain before delete the conversation, there's anything to increase this limitations

      1. You cannot delete a single message (if the message is unsent you can clear all the unset messages for that chat, beforre sending them).
      2. The file transfer works only when a user is online
      3. If there are a lot of unsent messages, they will be sent in a few minutes. This avoid network overload.
      4. Yes you can increare line limitation in "Settings - Chat - Save messages" and in "Settings - Chat - Show only ## messages". Pay attention on the option "show only ## messages", too many messages can slow the app. You can se all the conversarion in the history.
