#38 Using File > Clean > Project with structure editor can puzzle BeeBase

1. Open BeeBase
2. Open an existing project
3. Open the structure editor
4. Click on menu File > Clean > Project

After that the project is closed and the main windows become empty. After that opening a project again also opens a new main window without reusing the first one.
