This page will guide you through the installation of a minimal Fedora 20 installation, which can then be used to run Bedtime.
Boot from the Fedora netinstall ISO image, USB flash drive or burned to a CD (how quaint). Select install from the first text screen.
Wait for the GUI to start up and select your language from the list:
This will get you onto the Installation Summary page:
Click on the 'Installation Destination' icon in the bottom left and select your hard disk:
Click on Done to bring up the partitioning options:
Accept the default LVM automatic partitioning by clicking Continue. This returns you to the summary screen:
Click the software selection to make your Fedora a bit more svelte:
Scroll down to minimal, select it and click Done to return to the summary:
Click 'Begin Installation' to start the install. You'll see two additional items in this screen:
Click on Root Password (ignore user creation) to bring up the password screen:
Set a temporary root password (Bedtime install will overwrite it) and wait for the install to finish. You'll end up on the success screen, inviting you to reboot:
