#16 'add' & 'file' broken when docked.

The bookmarklets assume you're hitting them in an
undocked (or un-bEasy'd altogether) window. They don't
work if the current window contains a docked bEasy frame.

Careful how you go about this. It would be tempting to
put the bookmarklets in the tree frame and have it grab
the info out of the content frame but you can't do that
for JavaScript security reasons. See bug 621661 for
more info about that.
