Subject
[Beanshell-users] Using Java classes in beanshell

Hi All!

I saw the release notes for 2.0b1 say that we can now use real Java
classes in the environment. Here is my test of this. Can anyone indicat
what I might be doing wrong?

bsh % pwd();
C:\temp

bsh % cat ("Test.java");
public class Test{

   public static void main (String [] args) {

      System.out.println ("In the main method");

   }  // end main method

   public void test(){

      System.out.println ("In the test method");

   }  // end test method

}  // end Test class

bsh % addClassPath("c:/temp");
bsh % bsh Test.java
// Error: Parser Error: Parse error at line 1, column 469.  Encountered: .
bsh %

Thanks for any advice!

Rob
