It looks like the properties files are getting garbled somehow. Can you run native2ascii.exe on them and attach again?

Also, don't worry about translating BeanFormMessages.properties... I'm just leaving them in English because:
- the user doesn't see them
- they change more often than the other strings
- it's harder for programmers to Google localized exception messages
