#5 Plot window resizes funny

Plot window resizes funny when the "Settings >>" button
is pressed, rather than simply expanding the settings.

It does this because the settings form is larger than
the original size of the plot, but I'm not sure how to
fix this.

Also, the settings form is larger than I think it
should be.
