#23 Different styles for panel if window is maximized or not

Just a wish (didn't find a wishlist).
I already told you about it, but writing it here seems a good idea to me.

If we could change the style of the panel when a window is maximized that would be great.
I have a fully transparent panel and I would like to give it the color of the window.
I use the Wmctrl applet, with no titlebar on maximized windows (Kwin config).
