Nope. I am an authenticated user. And it does not show me an option to create a ticket. The Discussion board is fine as it shows me an option to create a topic, using which I started this thread.

I think currently there is no permission for normal user to raise a ticket. Could you please fix that?
For this one time, I am filing a bug report here, until the Ticket permissions are resolved.
On my setup, I do not get anything apart from the be shell, i.e. no panel, no runner. Attached is a screenshot of what I have.
But thank you for extending the desktop to us. :-)
The overall desktop experience is really fast.
Authenticated users should be able to create tickets. I'll allow anon tickets and withdraw that if i get spammed ;-)
I'll push the first sample config alongide install instructions in short time (it's a Win 2000 setup ;-)

Please try again, i guess you must be allowed to "write" - not to "post", sorry (new sf.net is new to me =)
