#7 Updated patch for gdb 6.5

Attached is an attempt of mine to update the m68k-bdm
patch for gdb 6.5. A better update would probably get
rid of relying on deprecated features, but this
compiles fine without warning for me.

The patch is derived from the gdb 6.1 patch, applied to
gdb 6.5, then with compile errors and warnings resolved
by looking at a diff from 6.1 to 6.5 and seeing how
similar code has changed.

Unfortunately, I don't have a BDM cable yet so I can't
do any testing beyond verify that it compiles/links
correctly. :(
