This patch :

1) Needs the patch to support the PST line control.
2) Changes the BDM commands with _ to -.
3) Add support for the PID.
4) Uses the standard loader.

Note, does not contain the 5282 changes.

    The attached file is for Insight 6.0. It is the GDB and
    Insight patch as a single patch. It has been compiled on
    Linux and started but no debugging session has been run.

    Note, the patch to support the PST line control is needed. I
    decided not to merge Josef's patch, but rather see if the
    PST can be placed in CVS.
