This is the Dragoncode encoder and decoder.

If you've found a code starting with bdc+ somewhere in the internet, just copy it into the text field and click decode. A window with the decoded values opens.
To create your own code, simply click encode. You don't have to fill out every field. If you leave a field blank, this property won't be put into your code. When done, click encode. Your code now shows up in the text field. The default format is BASE64. Use this for forum signatures.
The hex-format is intented if you want to add your code into a binary file.
Use the decimal format only on so called Dragoncards. For further information see [Swipe Cards]
