I got both the BDA and non-BDA SDK's.  The BDA driver doesn't appear to
work at all well and just locks the CPU.  It appears to be based on the
philips sample code so has a split tuner and capture driver.  I didn't
get it working properly with any software so I gave up.

I haven't had a chance to look properly at the other SDK.
