Well, I don't like the "no reverse engineering" paragraph. Consider this:
You make some enhancement to your driver, and TT comes and claims you stole
that idea from their driver... Maybe they are nice guys and would never do
such a thing, I don't know. But I'd rather be safe than sorry...
