From what I've picked up so far we're going to be running on DX 9 for =
some time, hopefully 9.0a is the first of many patches, some hopefully =
including DVB fixes.  I think our biggest probelm is the chicken and egg =
situation with working BDA, no vendors are shipping BDA drivers because =
it doesn't work and MS won't fix the problems because no vendors are =
pressing them for fixes.  I'm asuming we're well off the radar.
