Yes and no.

Yes, the format has changed.

No: go to http://bcxml.net/ and grab yourself a copy of the "upgrade
xslt stylesheet". That'll convert your existing files to the newer
format. No need to do any work yourself :-)

You can also find the schema documentation there. I'll need to make a
few adjustments to the wording here and there this week, but the
format itself is fixed now.
