[Bcrypt-users] bcrypt and US export

Does anyone know
1.      Whether this code and the encryption is US origin and
2.      Whether anyone has filed a TSU notice or otherwise received an export classification for bcrypt?

If you would please send an email if you know the answer to either of these, I would appreciate your response.
