[Bcrypt-users] Bug in bcrypt

Hello,

I just encountered a serious bug. I encrypted a 7.1GB file. The
resulting encrypted file contained only the first 682 MB of data - but
no error was reported and the original file was removed.

This is a serious bug as my original file is now lost. It is necessary
that the deletion of the original is only done on assured success of the
encryption. Additionally an error should be printed when encryption
fails.

I have ubuntu 9.10 and bcrypt 1.1-5 (ubuntu version number).

Well can not attach the original 7 GB file as it is lost ...
