[Bcrypt-users] Installing on Windoze

In response to Peter Nilsson, to install, COPY the .exe and the .dll from the zip to a directory e.g. C:\BCrypt.  Somewhere in the instructions it notes that these two files need to be in the same location.  With most versions of Windows and zip utilities, you can just drag the files out of the zip, or select all of the files and press the 'Extract' button.

To use Bcrypt, open a DOS window (Start-Run type 'cmd' OK) and change to the new directory:    cd c:\BCrypt.  The prompt should change to C:\BCrypt>
Now just type 
     bcrypt filename 
or
     bcrypt path_to_file\filename

To make things simple, just create a shortcut of the bcrypt.exe file from C:\Bcrypt or wherever you put it, on the desktop.  You can then just drag files you want to encrypt or decrypt on top of the shortcut.
