#8 Turn on HTTPS on bcrypt.sourceforge.net homepage

Hello bcrypt, Could you please enable HTTPS for your bcrypt.sourceforge.net homepage? Should be as easy as flipping this option: "Click on "Admin" in your project menu, then "HTTPS and PHP version" to check it out." Thanks!
