[bchat-users] bbot V0.0.3 released

Hi!

Today, bbot V0.0.3 was released.

ChangeLog:

V0.0.3:
        * bbot is now part of the bChat-Project on sf.net
        * bbot now registers if banned
        * bbot now registers chat-shutdowns and keeps trying to relogin
                until it is back online
        * db-connect is now established BEFORE the loop and
                closed AFTER the loop, not INSIDE of it
                (MUCH LESSER MySQL-connects)
        * Bugfix for *g*ame
        * cleaned up code in bot.pl
