1) no features section here according to README.

2) also, README doesn't include the necessity for the
user to have to define their model within the config.h

dunno if it's possible here but you might be able to
disable some of the items on the titlebar that are not
used. makes navigating here a bit friendlier.

Actually on the latest version it is unneccsary to do
anything to the config.h. You can just compile it and then
use the ~/.sctl instead (see dotsctl.example)

This needs to be made more clear in the documentation and
the redundant install instructions in quickstart.txt /
README should be merged into a single file.

Regarding #1, the actual name of the section is "Feature
Requests" -- I've updated this in the README in CVS.
