New unfiltered Media API Read methods can access videos that are unavailable for playback
The Media API includes 4 new read methods that you can use to find videos that are inactive, in process, or out of schedule. The new methods are:
* find_video_by_reference_id_unfiltered
* find_videos_by_reference_ids_unfiltered
* find_video_by_id_unfiltered
* find_videos_by_ids_unfiltered
