This patch modifies some of the code defining bbmail's
default style to make it look more like the blackbox
toolbar and to implement a few minor cleanups.
The original version of the patch was incorrect because I
accidentally deleted several lines before uploading it. The
revised version (patch.bbmail.default_style_revised) is
attached.
