#14 reconfiguring bbmail envelope

This patch fixes a bug in which the points defining the
envelope lines were not recalculated when bbmail was
reconfigured (such as when changing styles). This
caused a problem when one style defined a larger or
smaller text size than another, because the bbmail
window would change size, but the envelope lines would
not change with it.
