#11 some bug fix patch for bbpager 0.4.1
There are some bugs in bbpager 0.4.1.
(1) On startup with '-w'(withdrawn) option, blackbox
slit stormed by broken windows. Calling XMapWindow in
many times cause this.
(2) Zonbie window sticks on pager though all window
were closed.
(3) Pager window are broken when window resized.
(Sorry, I'm not good at English)
