#3 PDO and archive

Convert database functionality to use PHP's PDO object.
I want to be able to use SQLite rather than MySql for
storage.

ALSO

It's better etiquette for the files to be inside a
folder in the archive. Most people simply extract the
archive, and it's no fun when the archive explodes
amongst existing files. I learned this the hard way on
one of my projects.
