#79 The jar file of v39.81 have different base class path

Hello,

I have noticed that the class path is differ between v39.80 and v39.81,

-v39.80
-bbduk/BBDukS.class
-bbduk/BBDukS.java
+v39.81
+current/bbduk/BBDukS.class
+current/bbduk/BBDukS.java

and so shell script cannot find classname correctly and failed.

Can you check?
