I am trying to generate "tree.taxtree.gz" using taxtree.sh
and ran into the following error:
taxtree.sh names.dmp nodes.dmp merged.dmp tree.taxtree.gz
java -ea -Xmx20303m -Xms20303m -cp /home/fosterz/miniconda3/envs/bbtools/bbtools/lib/current/ tax.TaxTree names.dmp nodes.dmp merged.dmp tree.taxtree.gz
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.AssertionError: No level found for strain; line=[355, 353, strain, | 0 | 1 | 11 | 1 | 0 |1 | 1 | 0 | |]

Looks like the same problem as https://sourceforge.net/p/bbmap/tickets/14/, so I assume that "strain" needs to be added to some list of taxonomic levels?
I installed bbtools using bioconda.
