#44 reformat.sh

Hello,

while running reformat.sh with qout=33 and presumably Illumina 1.5 input fastq paired files I noticed the messages:

Changed from ASCII-33 to ASCII-64 on input A: 65 -> 34

If I specify the output qout=33 I am quite puzzled what is the meaning of it.
My guess would be that I should have:

Changed from ASCII-64 to ASCII-33 on input A: 65 -> 34
