Hi Brian,

Thank you for creating such a wonderful and comprehensive package. Here are two features I would like to request for translate6frames.sh
(i) skip translation when DNA sequences contain N
(ii) set verbose to silence, which is useful to pipe stdout for awk and sed, for example.
