#19 tackback not working

The trackback featured does not seem to work. To test
it, it tried to trackback from entry A to entry B on my
own bblog, but the traceback does not appear listed on B.

I have noted that the trackback ulr as printed in the
blog ends in / -- is this correct? (I noted that
typically trackback urls just end up in a number).
