#23 Adding Windows to the Window List

I am working on multiple workspaces. When I create a
window on the first workspace, it appears in the
windowlist just fine. However, when I create a window
on the other three workspaces, it doesn't appear in the
windowlist. I am using "NextWindow" and "PrevWindow"
commands, as I want to limit the windowlist to each
desktop. If I send the window (that's not appearing in
the list) to another workspace, then it appears in that
windowlist. If I send it back to its original
workspace, then it appears in the list as well. So,
the only real problem is when it is first created and
if I don't switch workspaces with that window.

To Recap:

1. Creating windows on first workspace works perfectly
fine.
2. New windows on other workspaces do not appear in
windowlist initially.
3. Sending windows (not on windowlist) to other
workspaces makes it appear on the windowlist.
